Our Popular Two-Bedroom Apartments
Most of our floor plans feature the two-bedroom layouts sought after by many retirees. Those include our Dogwood Villa, covering 1,529 square feet, and our 1,352-square-foot Magnolia Villa, which both offer plenty of space to live your life. Each of the villa’s layouts features a pair of bathrooms and a balcony, so you can take in the fresh air while relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning. Each villa also comes with its own two-car garage, which means you’ll be just steps away from your vehicle.
Our two-bedroom layouts continue with the Chattahoochee, Camellia and Azalea apartments, each of which feature a living room flanked on either side by a bedroom. All three layouts have two bathrooms and patios located right off a living room that offers the perfect spot for entertaining guests. And they all have a kitchen island where you can chop vegetables and line up ingredients for meals prepared in the L-shaped kitchen.
Choose the two-bedroom apartment that best fits your lifestyle, whether it’s the 1,220-square-foot Chattahoochee, the 1,171-square-foot Camellia, or the 1,107-square-foot Azalea.
