What is The Lodge?
The Lodge, a Magnolia Manor community, is a faith-based, full-service community that will bring greater Columbus older adults all levels of living, in an interconnected community, where a sense of compassion, mutual respect and honesty can be felt every day. Located on 41 rolling acres of land at the corner of Veterans Parkway and Pierce Chapel Road in Columbus, The Lodge will include spacious independent living apartments and villas, numerous dining venues and gathering spaces and plenty of amenities right on-site.

Who manages the community?
The Lodge is part of Magnolia Manor Senior Living, a non-profit organization with eight locations throughout Southern Georgia. Founded in 1963, Magnolia Manor is rooted in the United Methodist Church, and today, we continue our mission to offer seniors a nurturing and loving Christian environment.
What is the fee structure?
The Lodge will have various pricing options designed to make life affordable. Our Fee-for-Service contract means you don’t have to pay for services unless you need them. The Traditional and 50% Refundable Entrance Fee options allow residents the choice of how to preserve funds for future use. Monthly fees vary dependent upon the contract plan chosen and your home choice.
Our contract includes priority access to the healthcare accommodations available on The Lodge campus or the other Magnolia Manor assisted living and long-term care community located at Warm Springs Road.

What is assisted living?
An
assisted living community offers personalized support for older adults in a comfortable, home-like environment. Some of the typical services include helping with dressing, bathing/hygiene and using the bathroom, managing medication and mobility. You’ll also find housekeeping, home maintenance and meals provided in assisted living arrangements. In some instances, long-term care insurance can help defray the costs of assisted living.
